With over 12 years of experience in global Human Resources, I’ve worked with professionals and organizations across industries to lead through uncertainty, restructure with purpose, and grow with intention.

"Reclaim You" was born from what I know both professionally and personally: growth isn’t linear, and transformation rarely feels comfortable — but it can be intentional, strategic, and deeply aligned.

In 2017, I moved across continents to take on what I thought was my dream role. Since then, I’ve rebuilt my personal and professional life from the ground up — not once, but three times in Switzerland. I’ve led major transitions from the inside: career pivots, corporate restructurings, identity shifts, and the quiet recalibrations in between.

I understand the pressure of having to figure out what’s next while holding everything together. And I know how powerful it is to have someone by your side who brings perspective, structure, and clarity.
